Late Breaking News: Wasaga Beach...Pickup Truck Almost Knocks Propane Tank Over. The Propane Storage Tank at Wasaga Convenience was almost hit by a Pickup truck that went out of control after a collision. About 25 police cars and Fire Engines were on the scene around 8 a.m. Officials were waiting for Superior Propane to determine the danger before attempting to move the pickup truck.

We always try to be positive in our Beach BOOSTER Publication and on our Blog, however, while this isn't Positive it is unusual...How Did that Vehicle Get in There? Golf Club Road and Marlwood early this afternoon. Photo was taken by our "Roving Reporter" . Apparently someone trapped inside..hope they are alright.
Late report from our Roving Reporter..."Re car accident, although she looked shaken, one lady walked to an awaiting ambulance from car. Only one in car."
Editor's Note: Our Roving Reporter was also visibly shaken ..so much so that he had to make a mad dash over to Boston Pizza to settle his nerves....

The Town of Wasaga Beach is happy to be hosting the 4th annual Easter Eggstravaganza on April 7th from 10am to 3pm outdoors at the Wasaga Beach RecPlex. This fun filled day will provide our community the opportunity to celebrate the arrival of spring, community spirit and of course Easter!
Activities include an Easter Egg Hunt, Face Painting, Petting Zoo, Bouncy Castle, Lions Club Pancake Breakfast, the Easter Bunny live on location and more!

Wild Wing Wasaga Beach Motorcycle Rally

This May, Wasaga Beach will host the Wild Wing Wasaga Spring Fling Motorcycle Rally!

All you motorcyclists, motorcycle-lovers and fun-loving people are welcomed to take part in the motorcycle rally that is going to be held on Saturday, May 12.

The stars of this year’s Wild Wing Wasaga Spring Fling Motorcycle Rally are Neil Chapman,Zedhead and the Rocket Busters. Let them rock your mind and don’t miss the chance to enjoy great rock music and barbecue with your friends and family.

Promoters of this event are Wasaga Wild Wing, Barrie Harley Davidson and Impact Live.

The tickets cost $25,00 and are available online starting from today at 5:00 p.m.

Wild Wing Wasaga Spring Fling Motorcycle Rally will be taking place at Wild Wing Wasaga (321 Main Street, Wasaga Beach). The “Thunder Run” starts at 1:00 p.m. in front of Barrie Harley Davidson.

Wasaga Beach Rotary Club and Harvey's join forces with ‘Licence to Grill’ to help Food Bank and the Easter Hamper Project

The Wasaga Beach Rotary Club is pleased to announce their ‘Licence to Grill’ fundraising event in support of the Wasaga Beach Ministerial Food Bank.

Due to the overwhelming success of past fundraising events, the Rotary Club will once again be raising funds and collecting food donations for their annual Easter Hamper Project. Every Sunday in March your local Rotarians will be serving you at Harvey’s of Wasaga. 10% of gross sales will be donated to the Food Bank of Wasaga Beach.

Harvey’s Wasaga is located at 349 Main Street, Wasaga Beach and operates Sundays from 11:00am until 9:00pm.
